Our firm is one of the leading firms in the area. By combining our expertise, experience, and the energy of our staff, each client receives close personal and professional attention.
Rachel Velez, founder of the firm, has been helping small business owners as a bookkeeper and accountant since 2003. She worked as bookkeeper for an investment firm in NJ for 18 years before founding her financial services practice. She holds an Accounting Degree and holds Certificates of Completion of many hours of continued education courses in her field along with an insatiable desire for learning and staying competent in all that is relevant to taxation and bookkeeping.
She is a member of the Palm Coast Professional and Business Networking Group and serves at her church in the Finance Committee. She enjoys travel especially participating in short-term missions’ trips whenever possible.

Rachel is a member of the National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP) and the National Association of Enrolled Agents (NAEA) and stays current with continuing professional education courses so that our firm stays on the leading edge of ever-changing tax laws and accounting methods.
Keila Saker
Bookkeeper and Tax Preparer
Keila holds a degree in Business Administration from her country Colombia. She serves as bookkeeper, tax preparer and performs administrative duties. She speaks fluent Spanish and her attention to detail while serving our clients has won the trust of those she serves. She loves the outdoors and enjoys taking her young son to the park as often as possible.
Andreia Da Silva

Andreia specializes in accounting and business management, is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese and always willing to help our clients with great attention to detail. She holds a Bachelor of Public Accounting and Business Administration degree with Cum Laude Distinguished Recognition from Venezuela. She loves nature, bicycling, outdoor activities, and spending quality time with her children.
